We get it, sometimes things don’t go to plan. Here’s the lowdown on how returns and refunds work at Splotch Body. Serious self-care, zero fluff… even in the boring bits.

Change of mind?

No biggie. You’ve got 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. The catch:

• Your item needs to be in the same condition you got it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy (yes, screenshots count).

Shoot us an email at hello@splotchbody.com to kick things off. We’ll send you a return shipping label and all the deets. Hot tip: please don’t send stuff back without checking with us first — our warehouse isn’t into surprise guests.

Not vibing with the results?

If you’ve given your product a fair go (used it consistently for 30 days) and your skin’s just not feeling it, no worries. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Damaged or faulty?

Ugh, the worst. If your goodies rock up damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us ASAP at hello@splotchbody.com with your order number, a quick note, and a pic. We’ll sort it fast.

Bought Splotch Body somewhere else?

If you picked up your products through another retailer, their return policy applies. Pop your return request through them directly.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re in the European Union, you’ve got the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — no reason needed. Same rules apply: unused, unopened, with tags/packaging intact, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve got your return and checked it over, we’ll confirm if the refund is approved. If it’s a yes, the money heads back to your original payment method within 10 business days (banks and credit card companies can be a bit slow, so give them a sec).
